Description

The Uni-Line Tile Vent is designed as a sleek and discreet, ultra low profile solution. The in-line design makes the vent virtually invisible in the roofline. Not only is the vent aesthetically pleasing, but it also reduces the build-up of mould growth and structural damage in the roof space, caused by damp in poorly ventilated roofs. Additionally, it acts as an exit for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too. The Uni-Line Tile Vent suits most interlocking roof tiles or plain tile roofs with a minimum pitch of 20° and provides 10,000mm2 of ventilation area. A wide range of colours is available to ensure the vent blends with the roof tiles.
