Description

The Small Tile Vent is a low profile solution, which easily blends in with the roofline, while the cap is designed to avoid any build-up of debris inside the vent. The vent helps to reduce the build-up of mould growth and structural damage in the roof space, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. Additionally, this vent comes with a downpipe so that it can be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too. The Economy Slate Vent suits most man-made fibre cement and natural slate roofs with a pitch of 20-70° and provides 4,500mm2 ventilation area. The Economy Slate Vent is available in slate grey or black to blend in with the roof tiles.
