Klober Clay Plain Tile Vent

Description

The Clay Plain Tile Vent is a discreet ventilating tile suitable for clay plain tiles with a minimum pitch of 30°. The vent provides 9,000mm2 effective ventilation area to help to reduce the buildup of mould growth and structural damage in the roof space, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. Alternatively, it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too when used with an adaptor and flexipipe. The in-line design makes the vent virtually invisible in the roofline and is available in brown or red, whilst we also offer a wide colour selection of Uni-Plain Tile Vents.
