Twin Plain Tile Vents are a cleverly designed in-line range suitable for the most popular concrete interlocking roof tiles, with a minimum pitch of 20.5°. The built-in downpipe provides a direct ventilation path into the roof space, providing 7,850mm2 of ventilation area to help reduce the build-up of mould growth and structural damage, caused by damp, poorly ventilated roofs. While it can also be used as a terminal for soil and ventilation pipes and mechanical extraction systems too when used with an adaptor and Flexipipe. Profile-Line Twin Plain Tile Vents have been specially developed to suit leading tile manufacturers, including Redland Duo Plain, Marley Ashmore and Forticrete Gemini. When used with Forticrete Gemini we recommend a minimum pitch of 25°, a small notch may need to be taken out at the bottom of the concrete tile. Available in a wide variety of colours to match the roof tiles.
